| For larger orders, we are willing to work with your product requirements, pricing, lead-time, or any specific issue you may have. You may request a quote even if you are not a registered user; but by registering, we will be able to assist you more efficiently. |

| 4. What do I do if I can not find a product? |
| We are striving to improve our site to make it easy for you to find products. If you are not finding the product that you need or if you have a hard-to-find product, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help you search our database for the product. If the product is not there, we will search our vast network of suppliers to help you find the product you need. |

| 5. How soon can I get my products? |
| This depends on the stock on hand, the time of your order, and your preferred shipping method. We ship nationwide and worldwide via Federal Express. |

| 6. What happens if an item is out-of-stock or back-ordered? |
| Items may run out or become backordered due to the dynamic nature of inventory. At the time you place your order, you can state what action you wish us to take should this situation arise. You may choose to take partial shipment,have us wait for the items to be stocked before shipping the full order, or you may ask us to cancel the whole order. |

| Certain items in our database may be listed as having quantity of zero. You may still place an order for these items. In this case, we will ask our supplier for the status of the items and inform you. You may then make a decision about the order. |
