Jahar Datta - President
Datta held positions of sales and marketing manager of T-zone, a major computer superstore in Japan, VP of operations, and Merchandise manager of T-Zone Inc., the US chain store of T-Zone. He has more than 10 years of experience in technology, marketing, startups and turnarounds in both Japan and USA. Jahar received his BA degree from University of Dhaka, Japanese linguistic and programming diploma from Japan. |

Michiko Inanaga - Computer Systems Analyst (Business Systems)
Inanaga confers with our customers' managers to define the
customer's exact business needs. She establishes the system's
objectives and subdivides the system into its components, while maintaining the
seamless integration of the computer hardware and installed software. She
employs structured analysis, data modeling, information engineering,
mathematical model building, flow schematics and computerized business accounting
methodologies to create the system.
She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration, Management Information System,
and Management System Analysis from California State University, Northridge.
She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Cultures from Seinan Gakuin University,
Fukuoka, JAPAN. |

Alfred Wromke - Director of Special Projects
In addition to his function as Director of Special Projects, Al Wromke brings new business opportunities to Toyosys and its international subsidiaries and affiliates. Al is the creator of the American Heritage Talking Dictionary, a national and international best selling software title. He is a former director of the Silicon Valley Computer Society and a nationally recognized reviewer of technical literature.

Willie Lagunzad - Software Engineer
Lagunzad is a software engineer specializing in
product development for start-up companies. Prior to joining Toyo
Electronics, he was the Director of Core Technology, Speech Synthesis
Division at Fonix/AcuVoice. He was the project manager and primary
developer of the AcuVoice Text-to-Speech System, an award-winning core
technology. He has backgrounds in Speech Synthesis, Computer Telephony,
Configuration Management, Voice Over IP, and Wireless technology
development. He received his B.S degree in Computer Science from San Jose
State University. |

Jahidul Hasan - Software Engineer
Jahid is a Software Engineer specializing in Web-based application development
for start-up to large companies. He has three years of experience as a
Web-Programmer in both Windows and Linux/UNIX environment. He is also
capable to manage large network and ISP. Prior to joining Toyo Electronics,
he was the Senior Programmer of BJIT(Bangladesh Japan Information technology)
at Dhaka,Bangladesh. He received his B.S degree in Computer Science from
Queens University. |

Kazuo Kanayama - Chairman of Board of Directors
Kazuo Kanayama is the founder and former president of ADO Electronics
Industrial, Inc., a publicly traded company, and the T-Zone, which grew into the major retail computer superstore chain throughout South
East Asia. Kanayama is presently the Chairman of Labros Corporation, a Japanese company specializing in e-commerce and Internet
communications. Prior to Labros, his positions included Director of CSK Corporation, Director of China ADO Electronics Industrial Co
Ltd, President of America ADO, Inc. and Chairman of Microtech International and Vertex Link Corporation. Kanayama has led successful
investments in the early stage of IT companies throughout Asia and America and continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors

Prior to Toyo, he held positions of Manager of Sumitomo Bank in Japan,
Manager of Sumitomo International Financial Institution, Manager of Strategic Planning department of ADO-T-Zone-Japan and Director of
Strategic Planning department of T-Zone Inc. USA. Azuma has more than 10 years of experience in hi-tech venture and financial industry

Nagendra Siravara - Advisor
Siravara brings 15 years of experience in software development, systems architecture,
distributed systems and technologies such as eCommerce, wireless, Internet messaging, speech recognition and telephony. Siravara has a
track record in creating well-known products in the market. Prior to joining Toyo Electronics Inc, Siravara consulted for several
Internet startups. Siravara held VP of Engineering position at Fonix/AcuVoice where he created the best TTS product in the market.
Siravara also worked for Netscape where he was responsible for developing the IMAP4 server and the associated administrative modules.
Prior to Netscape Siravara managed multimedia messaging at Siemens. Siravara also held key development position at SRI International
and DEC. Siravara received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Banglore University, India in 1982 and MS from Indian Institute of
Science, India in 1985. |
